Lunar New Year Shipping Suspension Notice (2026 Horse Year)

As we approach the joyous Year of the Horse, we would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for your continuous support and trust in our Teazenway over the past year. To allow our team to celebrate this traditional festival with their families and enjoy a well-deserved rest, we will temporarily suspend shipping services during the holiday period. Please pay close attention to the following shipping arrangement to avoid any inconvenience to your shopping experience.

Shipping Suspension Period: We will suspend all shipping services starting from the Lunar New Year’s Eve (February 16, 2026) until the 3rd day of the first lunar month (February 19, 2026).

Shipping Resumption Time: Normal shipping services will be fully resumed on the 4th day of the first lunar month (February 20, 2026). All orders placed during the suspension period will be processed in sequence and shipped out as soon as possible after the holiday, prioritizing the order of placement.

Please note that order placement, payment, and customer service inquiries will still be available during the shipping suspension period, but order processing and shipping will be delayed until we resume work. We apologize for any delay caused by the holiday arrangement and appreciate your understanding and patience.
