Note: Given the vast territory of the country where our store is located, domestic transportation between our warehouses and local shipping hubs inherently takes time. When combined with uncontrollable factors in customs clearance, the order processing and shipping time (i.e., the time from when we start processing your order to when it leaves our local warehouse) is likely to be within 3-7 working days. Please note that this timeframe will be extended accordingly for national legal holidays.
We use economy shipping for all orders by default to keep the basic cost reasonable for you. Please note that economy shipping is international standard shipping, and the actual delivery time (from when the order leaves our local warehouse to when you receive it) will vary based on your location and customs clearance progress—this is not included in the 3-7 working days timeframe mentioned above, nor is it affected by our national legal holidays.
If you need to expedite the shipping (e.g., to shorten the overall delivery time), we will create a separate shipping fee bill for you based on the selected expedited service (such as international express). You can contact our customer service team to confirm the expedited options, corresponding additional costs, and estimated delivery time (including any potential adjustments for holidays) before proceeding with the payment for the extra shipping fee.
Increased Shipping Timelines
We appreciate your patience as our carriers are handling a higher volume of packages and staffing shortages, which may lead to longer transit times and occasional delays in tracking updates. It’s normal for packages to go several days without a scan as they move through different shipping routes. If your package hasn’t been scanned for 14 days, we’ll consider it lost and will be happy to send a replacement. Thank you for your understanding!
