Choose Airtight Containers
Store dried herbs in airtight containers—options like glass jars with tight-sealing lids or food-safe plastic containers are ideal. Avoid containers that are not airtight (e.g., open bowls) or reactive materials (e.g., uncoated metal), as they may compromise quality.
Keep Away from Harmful Factors
Place the sealed containers in a cool, dark, and dry area. Exposure to heat (e.g., near stoves or windows with direct sunlight), light, or moisture (e.g., near sinks or humid corners) can lead to loss of flavor, nutrient degradation, or mold growth.
Minimize Air Exposure
Before sealing the container, squeeze out as much air as possible. For larger quantities, resealable plastic bags can be used—gently press out excess air before sealing to reduce oxidation.
Use Promptly for Best Quality
Even with proper storage, dried herbs gradually lose their freshness over time. For optimal taste and effectiveness, it is recommended to use them as soon as possible. Regularly check for signs of spoilage (e.g., unusual odors, discoloration, or clumping) before use.

Tea Quality

The quality of tea depends on the water used to brew it. Use filtered water as needed. Add an appropriate amount of tea leaves based on your preferred strength. Pour water at 176℉ - 212℉ over the tea leaves, typically steeping for 3 - 7 minutes. Relax and enjoy.
